Harvest

Between September 15 and October 10, initiates and friends of the Domaine join us to participate in the manual harvest.

In order to have fresh grapes and for the comfort of the speakers, we work only in the morning.

The harvest arrives in the cellar in 20 kg crates for de-stemming before bottling at a low temperature.

After a friendly lunch, it will be cellar work for some, cleaning spots for others and finally nap or tourism for those who wish.
